I highly suggest Australia Wide First Aid in Blacktown for anyone wanting to get their first aid and CPR course done. Trainer did an amazing job on keeping it simple and precise covering all topics in just 4 hours!! Booked a 4-hr session for CPR and First Aid. The session itself is wonderful. Judy’s delivery was very engaging and informative, especially some recent updates on regulations and procedures, combining with inspiring stories. I had plenty of time to learn from both theories and practices. Just two concerns - the price match doesn’t work well. Even if I checked out with a discounted price displayed, they still charged me full price. I called the CS and they said it is a system error. Hope they will fix this soon; and I didn’t receive the certificate on the same day, as advertised, so anyone who is in urgent of getting the certificate needs to be prepared for some admin delays as well.
